Just Shy of 7 Months - Waving and Clapping

Elizabeth has finally figured out how to clap! She has been working on this for a while now. I caught her late last week clapping on her own. If you start clapping with her she will stop clapping and look at you like you are crazy. Once you stop clapping and go back to normal activities she will then start clapping again and acting all excited. We don't have a good picture of her clapping yet, but hope to put one up here soon!

Elizabeth has also started waving. We will try to get her to wave goodbye to someone, but won't get to finally waving until the person has left. We went to the zoo yesterday with Grandpa and Grandma Cootie for Father's Day and I caught her waving to some of the animals.

Swim Day!

Today I spent the day with my Grandma Cootie! My Grandpa Cootie bought be this really great swimming pool. It also has a sprinkler on it that can squirt water, but we didn't hook that up yet. My Grandma and I had a REALLY GREAT TIME! This was my first time swimming and I can't wait to swim again soon. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Cootie!

Garden Girl

I just love all this fun stuff to play with!

Yummy! Yes...I tried the dirt and it wasn't too bad. My mommy made me stop eating that and the straw too. She just takes all the fun out of everything. They picked some ripe strawberries from the garden today. I got to suck on one. I am still not sure about the taste, because they are so sweet. Not used to such strong flavors yet.

I just love watching my dad work in the garden.

Playing Outside

Today was so nice outside! I just loving playing outside while watching my dad mow the lawn. There are so many things to look at! My kitties got to play outside with me too. Makeeki kept coming over to see me. I just love petting him all the time. They have these pointy things on their heads that I just love to grab onto and squeeze. They don't like this too much, but the pointy things make it easy to hold onto the kitties so they don't go anywhere.

My Friend, Andrew!

This is my new friend Andrew. Actually, we met once before, but I was still in utero when that happened. Andrew is 10 months old! I was so excited to go and visit him at his house. We got to swing together in his two infant swings. We both found it to be so relaxing that we fell asleep while our mom's chatted. Here I am on one of his trucks. It was different to be sitting on something that moves. I can't wait to see Andrew again...his birthday party is going to be SO much fun in August!
